We want to hear from the Edgecliff community. Whether you live nearby, work in the area, or simply have an interest in what’s proposed, your feedback matters and will help shape how this project develops.

Edgecliff is well placed to accommodate new homes and renewed commercial space, with excellent access to public transport, shops, services and employment. Repurposing this highly connected site can help meet housing demand in an appropriate location, while reducing pressure for additional development in surrounding lower-scale neighbourhoods.

Our short survey takes less than five minutes. Your responses inform the planning process and help us understand what matters most locally. There will also be a formal chance to make a submission when the application goes on public exhibition.

RSVP for the Display & Discuss session

Join us on Thursday, 6 August 2026, from 6:00pm to 8:00pm at The Bay Room, Level 1, Cosmopolitan Centre, 2-22 Knox Street, Double Bay.

This informal drop-in session is an opportunity to view the latest project information, speak with the project team, ask questions and provide feedback. Light refreshments will be provided.

  • The venue entrance is located at 45 Bay Street. The Bay Room can also be accessed directly from the Cosmopolitan Centre car park, with vehicle entry from Short Street. The first hour of parking is free, with parking fees applying after this time.

    Street parking is also available in the surrounding area, subject to signposted restrictions.

  • The Bay Room has level access from the Cosmopolitan Centre car park and lift access from street level.

    The venue is wheelchair accessible throughout, with an accessible toilet and designated accessible parking spaces available in the car park.
