We're proposing something new for this important ‘gateway’ site in Edgecliff, and we want the local community to be part of the conversation from the start.

Arklow Developments is working with an experienced team of architects, landscape architects and planners on a considered proposal for this site. We recognise the unique character of Edgecliff and the values of its community, which have shaped how we have approached this project.

We're currently preparing the SSDA/rezoning for lodgement, expected mid-2026. We’ll notify registered subscribers when the application goes on public exhibition and how to make a submission.
